Photo Contest Winner

I am excited to announce that 5 of my photos have recently been chosen by a panel of seven judges in the Hoag Hospital Photo Contest as winners. The photos which were chosen will appear in the newly remodeled Hoag Hospital in Irvine, Ca. as part of the hospitals 87 million dollar remodel project.
There were a total of 100 photos chosen from over 2,000 entries submitted.
These 5 photos will be displayed in August in the hospital and I along with my family will receive a tour of the hospital.
These are only a small sample of all the wild flower images I have in my library. I enjoy creating art from nature so if your home decor designer, art buyer or someone who loves art like this I am available for commissioned projects. 

Digital Signatures

TC Photography & Design will soon offer the ability for my clients to digitally sign contracts offering clients the added convenience to do business with TC Photography & Design. As we continue to innovate our services and products we look forward to developing new business relationships into the future.

Currently we ask that all new clients and existing clients continue to sign releases and contracts via email and or PDF, which can be downloaded and printed then faxed back to our studio/location.

Note: All images still or video are © 2010 Tim Copeland unless otherwise documented in a contract.
All images are limited use unless other rights are granted such as exclusive or other negotiated terms.
Certain releases are also required for the client to sign such as property release should the assignment require photographs to be taken on the primises of a commercial location where a product or trade mark may be in view.

I was asked to photograph the event by the event Coordinator Debbie Miller, pictured here with Paul on Twitter, so I guess these social networking sites can work. It was a great turn out and met some new contacts. Took about 60-80 photos at the Hilton in Costa Mesa. Good fun and new contacts can't beat that.

Product Photography Assignment

I was asked to photograph glass and crystal objects for a trade show that was to take place in San Francisco, the images I produced where to be displayed as part of their trade show booth..
I just received word from the one of the Corporate representatives saying the photos worked out great and they were very happy with the images.

Again, this was a situation where I was asked to produce images within a very short time frame. I was able to produce the images in about a 24 hour period from the time I was contacted initially to do the assignment.

Tim,
I just wanted to thank you for being able to photograph our products on such short notice and turn around time. The photos came out great, you're very creative and did a great job. Photographing crystal and glass objects the size of a nickel isn't easy.
We'll definitely pass your business cards around and keep you in mind the next time we need professional photography. You even picked up and delivered the samples to our office when it was pouring down rain, saving me time and a drive, that was really appreciated.

Commercial Photography project

wow! February is half over and I've been busy. I just completed an interesting assignment for an advertising company, Schmidt Advertising & Design Schmidt A&D contacted me via my web site for a next day assignment needing me to photograph the installation of a commercial panel; a day later I was asked if I could do Time-Lapse Photography. Although I didn't have the equipment/software to do it, I adapted to the clients needs and purchased the equipment and did a few dry runs so that I would be ready for the final "big installation" of the panels themselves on the final day of the project.

The still photos and the HD Time-Lapse video came out great and the client couldn't have been more happy.

Not only was my client happy that I could do the job in less than 24 hour notice,  they where very happy about the outcome of the photos / and Time-Lapse Photography.

My client loved the fact that I took the initiative and adapted to their needs and provided them with Time-Lapse Photography even though I'd not actually done that type of photography and it wasn't part of the original Purchase Order.

This is an example of how TC Photography & Design get's the job done for their clients, especially when the clients are willing to communicate what their needs are and expectations which helps TC Photography & Design to help our clients complete the job successfully, on time and on budget.

This is not the first time I've been contacted via my web site by clients who operate from across the country from my current location in Southern California. It's a new world and new frontier and TC Photography & Design is in the forefront of technology servicing our clients.
